I work with children and adolescents aged 4 to 18 years old. I work respectfully to provide gender-affirming and neuro-affirming care.
I also work directly with parents, providing support and strategies for your family.
I do not provide court reports or work with clients undergoing legal proceedings.

Each child and family are unique, therefore sessions are tailored to the specific needs of the child, adolescent, and parent.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness, adapting them to the individual's needs.
I can assist with issues relating to:

Friendship and relationship support (NOT family or group therapy)

I am trained in a range of psychological assessments, including cognitive, behavioural, academic and neurodevelopmental assessments.
Assessment can provide a deeper understanding of individual strengths and challenges, support diagnoses, and assist in tailoring support and recommendations.
I can assist with a range of areas including:
